We are proud to announce the official initiation of the STEM NOLA 21st Century Community Learning Center (CCLC) after-school learning and enrichment program in collaboration with Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. School and the NORDC Sanchez Multi-Purpose Center in the Lower 9th ward! The program is designed to extend the learning experiences of the school day through academic tutorship and engagement of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) activities.

Our Target

STEM NOLA After School Program will target 120 students. Beginning Monday October 3, 2016 the STEM NOLA 21st CCLC After School Program will operate Monday through Thursday from 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM. Selection of participants will be selected upon a completed application and confirmation of reliable transportation. Activities will be held at MLK Jr, Elementary School and at the Sanchez Multi-Purpose Center. If you intend for your child to participate, it is imperative that you complete the attached application and return to school no later than Monday September 26, 2016.
